Dementia Support Bucks provides information, advice, guidance and emotional support to unpaid carers who are looking after a family member, friend or neighbour living with memory concerns or a dementia diagnosis. We understand that caring for someone affected by dementia can be challenging, and we are here to help carers navigate their journey with confidence and reassurance.
Our team offers practical advice, signposting, emotional support and access to local services, helping unpaid carers support their loved ones while also looking after their own wellbeing. Working across Buckinghamshire, Dementia Support Bucks collaborates closely with health and social care services, community organisations and voluntary sector partners to ensure carers and people living with dementia can access the support they need.
