Post Diagnostic Information Sessions
These friendly and informative sessions are delivered by Dementia Support Workers and are designed to provide helpful information on how to live well and manage a dementia diagnosis.
Sessions last approximately 1.5 – 2 hours and are held in both Aylesbury and High Wycombe every month. We aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable and ask any questions you may have.
Please call us on 01280 505028 to book a place.
