Dementia Support Buckinghamshire
Dementia Support Bucks is a new service delivered by Age UK Bucks and Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent, in partnership with Bucks Council.
Our partnership of local delivery organisations is built on the principles of Care, Respect, Collaboration and Ambition for those living with dementia and their carers – helping individuals and families live with dementia better.
Age UK Bucks
Age UK Bucks works with 5,000 older people across the county to empower and support them to get the information, practical help and social connection they need to live healthier, more independent, financially more stable lives. This includes work tackling loneliness and isolation, welfare benefits advice, home from hospital support, home help, and information and advice.

Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent have a proud history of over 25 years within the three boroughs.
