Living with Dementia

Dementia information

Here you will find information and advice on memory concerns, driving, travel & holidays, medication, and financial & legal matters.

Dementia Support

If you have had a diagnosis of dementia or another type of memory problem, you’ll be able to find the many support options available to you.

After a diagnosis

Getting a diagnosis for you or a loved one can be overwhelming at first. However, it opens up many opportunities for you to be supported along your dementia journey.
Caring for Dementia

Support for Carers

Dementia Support Bucks provides information, advice, guidance and emotional support to unpaid carers who are looking after a family member, friend, or neighbour who would struggle to manage independently without that support.

Make a referral

We accept referrals from the health care sector and voluntary sector, as well as self-referrals from people with a diagnosis, their family and carers.
